4. Account Terms

The Courses/Subscriptions/Lessons on this site are designed for use by children and other persons under the age of 18 years, but you must be over 18 years of age to create an account, add Child and buy any Products and Services for the use of specified children. One person may not maintain more than one account.You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process.You must provide accurate information for Child when you Add/Edit Child for us to be able to provide appropriate service.You are permitted to use the Service for the child to whom the Course/Subscription has been assigned. Where resources are provided as part of the Course/Subscription, the Resources may be printed for the use of specified child, but it is expressly forbidden to give these to anybody else or to allow them to be copied by any means for use unless an appropriate license has been acquired.It is expressly forbidden for you to release your username and password to anybody else to allow them to access the Courses/Subscriptions.You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Push Teacher Ltd cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Free Trial Period

We offer Free Trial of different durations for some of our Courses and Subscriptions. If you cancel the Course/Subscription during the Free Trial Period, you will not be charged any amount.Where Free trial has already been availed, we have the right to refuse the Free Trial.

6. Our Services, Payments and Refunds

Payment for our Products and Services is made using a valid Debit/Credit Card during the checkout process.For Subscriptions, you will be billed either Weekly, Monthly or Yearly as described in the Subscription Page and during checkout process.It is your responsibility to ensure the Payment Card details are valid and update payment details as needed by going to Subscriptions in Parents Dashboard.

Due to the digital nature of our Products & Services, all our products and services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial duration of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for duration unused for a Subscription/Course.

7. Upgrade/Downgrade

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription by going to Subscription in Parents Dashboard and follow the Checkout process. All Upgrades/Downgrades are effective from the next renewal date. The new payment will be charged from the next renewal date.

8. Appointments

We also offer Parents to book additional Lessons with our Teachers for their children. All appointments booked can’t be cancelled or refunded. You can get it rescheduled 3 working days before the appointment.

9. Coupons

We offer different Coupons as part of our Marketing Campaigns. Please read carefully coupon details and Terms.

10. Cancellation and Termination

If you cancel the Course/Subscription during the Free Trial Period, you will not be charged any amount.If you cancel prior to the processing of your next payment, you will not be charged again. You will still retain access to the Subscription till your next payment due date. There will be no refunds or credits for partial duration of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for duration unused for a Subscription, Course or Appointment.Push Teacher Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

11. Changes to Service and Prices

Push Teacher Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.Prices for all Services are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us.Push Teacher Ltd shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site (for example the copyright and any rights in the designs) and in any of the material posted on it. They are protected by copyright.Resources printed/downloaded from pushteacher.co.uk are strictly for your personal use only.Any Course, Lesson, Videos, Quizzes, Worksheets or any other material on the website may not be altered in any way and must be used as supplied by the Service.You may not rent, lease, sublicense, lend or transfer any of the Service or Resources, or copies of the Service or Resources to anybody else. You may not alter, modify the Service or translate, disassemble or reverse engineer the Service.If you share any links from our site, you must acknowledge that it is our content and that we have rights over it.If you breach these terms, you lose your right to use our site, and must destroy or return any copies you have made.

Our Learning Platform and Courses have been extensively tested and checked for errors, both technical and academic, but no responsibility will be accepted by the Company for any damages arising from use of our Service, inability to use it, failure of a child or adult to pass any examination or test or to reach a set level of attainment, personal injury, loss of profit or business interruption or consequential damage, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damage.If Push Teacher Ltd is found to be liable under English Law, damages will be limited only to the Course/Subscription/Lesson fee paid.

14. Computer Offences

If you do anything which is a criminal offence under a law called the Computer Misuse Act 1990, your right to use the site will end straightaway. We will report you to the relevant authorities and give them your identity.Examples of computer misuse include introducing viruses, worms, Trojans and other technologically harmful or damaging material.You mustn’t try to get access to our site or server or any connected database or make any ‘attack’ on the site. We won’t be legally responsible to you for any damage from viruses or other harmful material that you pick up via our site.

12.1 These terms and any dispute or claim relating to or connected with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.12.2 If any such dispute cannot be settled amicably through ordinary negotiations between the parties, or either or both is or are unwilling to engage in this process, either party may propose to the other in writing that structured negotiations be entered into with the assistance of a fully accredited mediator before resorting to litigation.12.3 Any dispute shall not affect the parties’ ongoing obligations under these terms.12.4 The English courts have the only right to hear claims related to our site (and any non-contractual matters arising from these terms), and all disputes are governed by English law.
